SO when this Million dollar robot rolls into a crime in progress, say to negotiate a hostage situation during a failed bank robbery, and one of the thugs tips it over will that be seen as assaulting a Police Officer? Actually what does it matter since the Liberal DA would refuse to prosecute anyway...

Here is a better idea that is proven to work. Allow the Police to make arrests and prosecute those criminals to the fullest extent of the law. If you have to reopen Alcatraz. Allowing the criminals to skate only drives more people to crime because they know nothing will happen if they get caught. LOCK THEM UP and word will get around pretty quickly NOT to use a gun and not to commit crimes.

I think they are going to have to settle for the cheap Russian knockoff

Sad that they let violent crime get so bad to begin with, but they reap what they sow.

What do you think would happen should that robot shoot the wrong person ?

I mean...that is a possible scenario.

There were those drone operators that killed kids by mistake in Yemen....

The amount of fear and paranoia some folks live with on the daily is a thing to behold.

Leftists think responsible law abiding citizens armed with guns is a bad idea, but want killer robots patrolling the streets.

That's all it would take to get away: run up or down a stairwell.

I agree this is nothing more than feather preening.
