Costco in MD where I am until Saturday was $3.28 a gallon. Out in town things are closer to $3.60 a gallon.

Costco in Hawaii, where I'll be returning on Saturday, was $4.49 a gallon, but that's that island "tax"

We paid $2.65 a gallon when we were in Marietta, Oklahoma, earlier this week. Here, gas is priced at $2.79.

National average is about where it was in February 2022, up about 40% from Feb 2021.

Gas prices are the highest they been in 2022, since the summer of 2014.

Exactly. I’m paying about $5.33 for diesel here. The thickness of my billfold has been plunging since this idiot in the WH became potus.

Why is diesel getting so much more expensive than gasoline?

I got gas in wonderful CA yesterday.

$4.40/gallon for regular! At Costco. The county average is $4.90.

California slaps an extra ~ $1.25/gallon in taxes and fees. They should stop price gouging the consumers.

You must be one of those righties that white knights the Oil corporations in one breath and then expects the Oil companies and the "gubmint" to provide it to you below their production costs in the next...

Of course that's when your not INSISTING that Biden is going to drive gas prices to $7 dollars a gallon.

Fact of the matter is what the price is right now is healthy for the petroleum companies to make a profit without gauging people.

Unfortunately, oil as a commodity is so volatile that we can't keep it there consistently. But it does give people like yourself an opportunity to blame the Dems when the market gets wacky. So I guess it's a good thing. LOL.
