It is an appalling, dangerous and insidious piece of poopy propaganda from the demagogic, psychopathic sore loser, Donald Trump. Nothing--- and certainly not imaginary fraud--
- “allows for the termination” of constitutional guarantees. Trump is laying the groundwork for another coup attempt among his tragically indoctrinated followers. Think I'm exaggerating? Just read some of the posts in this thread, such as # 23, comes to mind.
The mere willingness to entertain and encourage extra-constitutional action is alarming coming from a man who is seeking to return to office. At the risk of being redundant, I will re-post my outrage.
The disgraced & defeated, twice impeached former guy's words and actions are unacceptable. They stoke hatred and political violence, and they are dangerous. He should be universally condemned. Calling for the suspension of the US Constitution should have every political leader and American in his party rebuking him along with the rest of us. Instead, we have excuses, deflections, denials or silence from the MAGA captured GOP. Shameful & scary.
IMHO, any person who calls for the “termination of the Constitution" cannot ever hold any political office again, especially the presidency, because their oath to “preserve and protect The Constitution" has already been violated.
That this depraved simpleton was once our president is a stain on our nation that will last throughout history. This thread, full of fact averse MAGA Republicans who mimic the anti-American/ anti-democracy ravings of the treasonous Trump are equally shameful and should be an embarrassment to any knowledgeable & educated citizen of these United States of America.
