There are FAR FAR FAR more republicans who support 1st trimester abortion and even more who support it in the case of rape, incest, and health of mother.

I'd also like to know how it's going to be proven that someone is "of sound mind" before voting. It sounds as if the psychiatric profession is going to have its moment... bring your ID and a certificate of sanity from a licensed, accredited psychiatric professional.
