Hillary conceded claiming the election was stolen from her and she is the rightful President.
Lefties always forget that part.
According to the left it's okay to spend years claiming election fraud if it's their side who lost an election absolutely fair & square.
Hillary conceded and then went on TV to cry about losing. She had a legit complaint about Comey's October announcement of the email investigation, which most certainly torpedoed her candidacy, but no one was calling that "fraud".
Trump lost, never conceded, abused the power of his office to try to remain in power, and sicced an angry mob on Congress to try to stop the certification of the election, and continues to lie about the election to this day.
LOL. Like censoring misinformation is a bad thing? Do you seriously want foreign countries invading our election process or spreading misinformation about other important issues like Covid?
We have to learn to recognize lies, conspiracy theories and disinformation and stop being its echo chamber because it appeals to us emotionally. None of this is good for our country.

who will have the power to categorize statements as 'lies, conspiracy theories and disinformation'?
who will have the power to categorize statements as 'lies, conspiracy theories and disinformation'?
The private platform that is hosting the information per the law. The rub here is can a private company control its own moderation processes or should the Government go in and regulate this area? And if we want the Feds to regulate then which department, who has control, and the person in charge are they a political office holder or an appointee of a political person (Like the President or Congress).
There is a lot of detail to work out if people want to have a government agency regulate this.

Hillary claimed then and claims now, the election was stolen from her.

The issue is, Democrats claim factual things are conspiracy theories. Liberals can't be trusted.
Let's review what turned out to actually be true and buried by the media, because Democrats claimed these things were not true.
1) Covid-19 came from a lab in China - We were told that was misinformation, but now we know it's true.
2) Hunter Biden's laptop is real - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.
3) People dying WITH Covid are being counted as people dying FROM Covid - We were told that was misinformation, but now we know it's true.
4) Hillary kept an illegal server in her house where she stored top secret documents and was using multiple secret phones - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.
5) The FBI had multiple members in the Proud Boys and helped make Jan 6th happen for political purposes - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.
6) Democrats are making up a false story about Trump being a Russian asset and the FBI is helping them with it in order to affect the election outcome - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.
7) The Covid vaccine may help lower the chances of death, but won't stop the spread of the virus - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.
8) Cloth masks are not effective at stopping the spread of the Covid virus - We were told that was misinformation, but now we know it's true.
9) Keeping kids from going to school will hurt them and is not required in young people - - We were told that was misinformation, but now we know it's true.
10) Elements of CRT are being taught in some schools - We were told that was a conspiracy theory, but now we know it's true.

Election denier.
'nuff said.
Yep. She'd been running around the world saying it was stolen from her, and she likely still is whenever she finds someone to listen to her. This past Oct, she came out and said that the right was going to steal the 2024 election. She's also begging for money, most likely for her own pockets. Clinton Foundations must not be raking in the money like in the past.

It's okay when Democrats do it, but not okay when Republicans do it.
