I think the next few years will be rough. Plunging home values. Sharp rise in the unemployment rate and inflation on the rise.

This is just the beginning of a horrific and permanent economic contraction due to peak oil and energy/resource depletion. There's no going back to the "good ol' days" of 2019.

Peak globalism/global communism. It's all downhill from here. The faster we decouple and regain our independence, which we once cherished above all else, the better off we will be.

Its a complicated mess. It started with Trump and all the handouts and continued with "Brandon" and his handouts. The two headed party is the problem. The solution is new parties who don't do what Trump and Biden did.

And with evereyone wanting to get their piece of the pie.

Blaming just the govt.'s for broken supply chains, restricted job markets, rise in oil prices with shortage in supply as demand surged.......it's a complex issue.........

The politicians are certainly not helping, but there is no political solution to energy/resource depletion and peak oil. Changing out the politicians amounts to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

I agree. I found frozen hash brown available at Walmart today. Its been weeks or longer since they have had them. The job market will need to get crushed to curb inflation.

I disagree. People need jobs to feed their family. Low-unemployment should not be blamed. Rate hikes don't work as fast as expected, so they want people to lose jobs. Nonsense.

As for inflation, I am already doing my part to curb inflation: by spending less.

No mention of the little Global Pandemic ( and the response) screwing things up?

That's gotta play a part in this, we are reeling from the effects.
