Letter From:

Department of Defense Pilots Concerned by the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

To:

Members of United States House and Senate

Quote:

As the Department of Defense continues to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine, a clear and concerning trend of vaccine-induced injuries has become apparent across the force. As more vaccine injuries are discovered, it is apparent that the vaccine poses a great risk to our Nation’s Security both by forcing the loss of highly qualified service members and causing potentially career-ending or life-threatening injuries to those who remain in service.

...

Far too many, who felt compelled or forced to take the vaccine, have been injured and maimed
permanently. Furthermore, those that remain unvaccinated will be driven out by the tens of thousands over
religious convictions, justifiable fears for their safety, or concerns over bodily autonomy. From a National
Security and readiness perspective, this mandate is unsafe, illogical, and puts our military and our
country at untold risk. Our military cannot and should not injure its service members en masse through
compelled vaccination. We encourage you to take the following measure to assist our service members:

• Inquire with the DoD on tracking of vaccine injuries and what is being done about it
• Bring the issue of vaccine injuries to the attention of the public
• Propose legislation to end the vaccine mandates for service members. The vaccine’s
benefits for America’s most, healthy professionals simply do not outweigh the risks of losing them over injury or unlawful mandates.

In this contentious global environment, we cannot afford to lose any service members, especially those
who are highly qualified and extremely dedicated to upholding and defending our Constitution, and we
certainly cannot continue to knowingly mandate something that injures them.

Well it’s about time, thank goodness we still have some adults in the room. Another victory for individual autonomy over a 99% survival rate virus.
How will it "cost lives?" The vaccine and the stupid boosters do not prevent infection or spread, and military members are more fit and healthier than the general population and consisting of some of the lowest risk age group populations on the planet.

since when did the "vaccine" stop you from catching it and spreading it....

...vaccinated or not, they would still have to quarantine

Since it's been proven the COVID "vaccine" does not prevent the spread of the disease, but may improve the outcomes of older people and people with certain co-morbidities; and while the disease has little or no effect on young, healthy people, it makes sense for the vaccine to be optional.

What makes sense is making sure the men on Naval ships can perform their duty. The vaccine does a good job of reducing serious illness. Naval aviator has over a million dollars of training having that person end up in the ICU is not good choice for the military.

If you read the link about the USS Theodore Roosevelt outbreak you would know that is what happened several ended up in the ICU. Claiming that young men and women are immune to serious covid illness is far from the truth as stated in the case of the Theodore Roosevelt.

I personally know someone who got covid in 2020 he was 29 years old ended up in a hospital being young he didn't go to the ICU oxygen saved him without a ventilator. He has long covid scarred lung tissue never be the same. That would ground a naval aviator permanently

1271 out of a crew around 5,000 tested positive with 76% being asymptomatic at testing, and only 55% ended up with any symptoms.

That "outbreak" yielded one individual out of a crew of around 5,000 to be sent to the Hospital who unfortunately later died. And while the death was attributed to COVID we don't know if he had any other risk factors. That is a death rate of 0.07%.

This was in the early days of COVID with no vaccine. And the vaccine does not prevent the person from getting COVID. It does not prevent someone from passing along COVID. Even if it minimized symptoms, the disruption would still happen. And while I am sure you would say that had the vaccine been available and mandated at the time they would have had no deaths, but that would not be based on any valid science.

This is what happened on that ship https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-...dore_Roosevelt

20 April 2020, 4,069 sailors had been moved off the ship, out of the total crew of 4,800. Some 94% of the crew had been tested for the virus, yielding 678 positive and 3,904 negative results.

As of 17 April, seven crew members were in the hospital including one in intensive care. About 60% of the people who tested positive did not have symptoms.

As of 16 April, most of the ship had been cleaned. Sailors kept testing positive for the virus even after 14 days of isolation; some who tested positive had previously tested negative. The Navy temporarily suspended post-quarantine testing and extended the sailors' isolation, delaying plans to begin moves of the crew back to the carrier. Some sailors volunteered for antibody testing
.

The vaccine would have reduced the symptoms drastically you can continue to believe in your pseudoscience.

Sad that republicans constantly inject politics into the covid vaccine and ignore science. The military has a requirement for about 17 vaccines but the GOP only wants to ban Covid, pretty obvious this is just catering to their base.

Any other vaccines they plan to take off the DOD list or just this one.

Because science says it has a 99.9+% survival rate. It’s obvious not everyone lives in such fear of such a minuscule number, and don’t forget my body my choice. Obvious not everyone is in such favor of such ridiculous mandates. Besides, those that get the shot and mask up should have no worry, unless they don’t believe that getting the shot and masking up works.

It’s still funny how Sleepy Joe wouldn’t endorse the vaccine until after the election and then couldn’t get folks to take it after doing a 180. Even funnier that he promised to end the virus quickly and proved that was a lie. Quite the woven web he and Harris created.
