President Biden's administration is furious that Congress is poised to remove the military's universal vaccine mandate, a major concession to Republicans on Capitol Hill.
Biden and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin had been pushing Congress to keep the vaccine requirement as a non-negotiable, but Republicans appear to have successfully negotiated an end to the policy in exchange for passing the military's budget proposal, according to the Washington Post. Biden officials argue ending the mandate will cost lives, while Republicans say they are standing up for individual autonomy.
Well it’s about time, thank goodness we still have some adults in the room. Another victory for individual autonomy over a 99% survival rate virus.

What a load they are still trying to push. If a country has their own "mandate", the solution is simple. The US tells that Country if they want US Military "protection" then waive the mandate. If they say no, we just pull our troops. If that happened the mandate would be dropped within 24 hours.
As for "reediness"...that's a hot one. The "vaccine" doesn't keep you from getting or transmitting COVID and the age and physical conditioning of the Military makes them among the lowest risk individuals.
The mandates were made at the height of vaccine hysteria based more in cult obedience than science.
Not only should any remaining mandates be lifted, any employee, volunteer, or service member forced to quit or discharged should be reinstated with back pay and an apology from President Potato and the fake pope of science, Fauci.
Seems as if the only ones Biden wants to have a choice concerning Covid vaccines is the foreign criminals he's importing in record numbers. Americans, particularly the military, he's trying to kill off.
