Has anyone bothered to actually read the US Constitution or at least The first amendment? This thread proves not many.
When Congress owns and operates the social media sites, the First Amendment is in danger. Until then, everything is copacetic.

Even if the CEOs are told by Congress what they should do, they are under no obligation to comply, and even then, the bone to pick is with Congress, not with the site.

The Constitution is a marvelous ownership manual for a country. More and more, it's generally read and understood about as well as the Christian Bible a lot of people like to also misquote for their own purposes.

This includes a complete investigation into the entire Biden family for influence peddling while Joe was VPOTUS or even as the POTUS.

The truth needs to be exposed to save the country and it’s not a left verses right, it’s the country saving itself since the average American has been played and lied to.

Yep no doubt in my mind that the election was stolen. That is why Joe did not even campaign. They knew how they were going to win and it was not in their best interest to send a senile, racist old dolt out to say wrong things.

To me, this is way worse that Watergate and yet I find the MSM to be strangely quiet about it. How anyone can trust the MSM now is beyond me. But the clapping seals will still tune in to watch the manufactured programming that the Biden government wants them to watch.

It's not "entertainment". It's the future of our country.

If you think that having a mentally deficient liar, who is up to his eyeballs in his son's foreign dealings with enemy regimes, and benefitted from (and most likely was involved in) the suppression of free speech in order to win an election, is OK, then you are part of the problem.

I abhor criminal behavior. And believe that criminals should be punished for their crimes. No "moving on". No ignoring it. Particularly behavior that impacts every American, and the very core of our society - a free and FAIR election. If we don't punish it, it WILL happen again.

Here is what I garnered from reading the 40 or so tweets:

One: the suppression happened in 2020, while Mr. Trump was President. Indeed, each time a time was mentioned, it was from 2020.

two: The Biden campaign in October 2020 asked Twitter to remove links that led to 'dick pics' of Hunter Biden, which said pictures were against Twitter's TOS. Twitter complied. Note: Twitter long removed 'revenge porn' from whatever source.

three: one tweet noted that the Trump administration also sought to suppress tweets: meaning, the US Government.

As per number three, in tweet number 10, Matt Taibbi wrote concerning such requests:

"Both parties had access to these tools. For instance, in 2020, requests from both the Trump White House and the Biden campaign were received and honored".

In tweet 11, Mr. Taibbi then noted that the system wasn't balanced, saying that Twitter was overwhelmingly staffed by people of one political orientation, with more channels and more ways to complain.

So, on the one hand, you had a private citizen (Biden) request that hacked material regarding his son's genitals be removed. On the other hand, you had the President of the United States (i.e., the Government, for you all in Rio Linda) also request that tweets (unknown) be suppressed, which Twitter complied with.

I do not consider what the Trump administration did to be a violation of the First Amendment. Why? Because, when all is said and done, it was a request, not a command. Twitter could well have declined the request, in theory, with no repercussions.

Now, if it comes out that Twitter was threatened by the Trump Administration, or one of his Congressional lackeys, with investigations of Twitter if Twitter did not comply, then that could be a First Amendment issue.

Social media has become the public square, so they aren't exactly a corporation at this point.

And when the government regularly meets with Twitter, and tells them to squash free speech, it is exactly controlling Twitter. Twitter management did the bidding of the government.

What an ignorant post if you truly believe this is about Hunter Biden. You are either a complete fool or you enjoy seeing America destroyed and steered at full speed toward becoming a communist country.
In many ways, due to the corruption of the Biden Crime Family, the corrupt press, the radicalized DOJ and FBI and the corrupt big tech, we are already well on our way, and unless we can somehow right the ship, America is doomed. But you've moved on and couldn't care less. You and your ilk are what's wrong with America today. You have blood on your hands..

Do you realize that there's more to free speech than the first amendment?

And that it's not ok for government to use corporations to get around the first amendment?

Apparently you don't.

Yes and agree 100% to all of this.
The "leader" of this country is morally and ethically bankrupt, and has been for years.
This country needs to get back to the basics. We're in deep kimchee.
