But as I said...asking to Moderate defamation and slander is different than asking to delete & suppress factual negative info, or seeking the suspension of accounts that put forth or share those facts.
How many pro liberal/Dem/Biden accounts were suspended? Even if they were putting forth things against conservatives/Republicans/Trump proven to be untrue (like "Russia Collusion") and fabricated.

There is absolutely no reason the GOP can't have people go through the housing projects in Atlanta and Philly with a pre-filled GOP ballot for them to sign, handing out coupons for free Popeyes, or however ther Dems do it. I am saying, just get out there and do it first. It is not like the folks in those projects have any clue what they are signing. They are just signing whatever they are being asked to sign.

So both democrats and republicans had contacts at Twitter they used to plant or kill stories. It just so happened that democrats had more contacts so things were planted or killed in more occasions for them

When you referenced the First Amendment. It is quite literally one of the cornerstone laws this country was founded and built on. I kinda thought everyone knew that.

If there is a election going on...and Security/Intelligence professionals sign a document (that Biden noted during the debate) saying the claim there exists computer full of damning information owned by the Presidents son, is "Russian Disinformation"...when the FBI had the computer for a year at that point and knew that was not true.
That has to be some kind of crime.
They get 50 top officials (including 5 former heads of the CIA) to sign a document about that laptop, they knew wasn't true...so Biden could outright lie to the people during the debate and call it a "Russian Plant".
I am so hoping the House republicans make this investigation the cornerstone of their platform for the next two years and try to prove all that. It will be a hoot.
Fact is, however Rudy Colludy came by the hard drive, the prevailing explanation for a lot of the stuff on it when he gave it to NYP was concocted by Rudy, Jailbird Bannon, and Cambridge Analytica which had the technology available to falsify content.
Precisely none of anything on that computer has been proven yet to be criminal, and we heard stories quoted from right wing media about Hunter being involved as an unlicensed foreign operative using his father as a willing enabler of assorted manipulations for a 10% cut of the take, proof of major drug deals, and kiddie porn. The only thing that has ever actually generated an investigation is his taxes, which have been under scrutiny in Delaware for two years.
One of the reasons I believe we haven't seen the actual alleged content published for the public even though Rudy claims to have kept a copy of the hard drive (making him guilty of possession of kiddie porn if the story is true) is that Rudy knows if he publishes it and it is true, he opens himself up to a massive lawsuit for theft of Hunter's intellectual property, and if it is not true, he opens himself up to a massive lawsuit for defamation and slander. Rudy may be a decrepit old goon, but he still has enough mental and legal acuity to shut up and protect his own behind from ruination, most of the time, anyway. That is why he never claimed fraud nor tried to introduce any "evidence" of election fraud in all the ballyhooed court appearances. He didn't want to be disbarred for intentionally lying to the court.
I hope the first witness to be called is Rudy, so he can explain under oath exactly how he became the one star kissed man in America to end up with a computer full of damning evidence in his possession belonging to the son of a political rival just before the 2020 election. That is a story that would make me start watching TV again.
