Not a surprise. The price of gasoline usually declines in the late fall to early spring due to lower demand for motor vehicle fuel. Fewer people take out-of-town trips in the cold weather season in the USA. Prices go back up in the warm weather season. It's not always about politics.

If it were not for Biden's anti-fossil fuel policies, we might be ~$2.29/gal. rather than $3.29/gal.

The democrat's priorities are all wrong. They seem to care more about the success of the party and Biden than the general well being of the public, who is getting hit hard by inflation, illegals, rising crime, etc. America doesn't seem to be winning at all, but democrats don't seem to care as long as their team wins.

Sippy-cup Bunker Dwelling Pedo Joe Obiden pulled the drilling companies permits and shut down the building of the Keystone Pipeline. And that is control over the gas prices incase you missed all that in the first few weeks of his dictatorship. Along with the other 40 presidential order he sign to start the dreaded downfall of Our Great Nation.

We have been told over and over Biden has nothing to do with rising gas prices.
We were told it was putin's fault, not bidens.
Essentially the WH told us putin has more power than biden.
