Most Americans know this, that’s why they prefer pensions and why privatizing social security is unpopular.

Sadly too many do not care about that.

"Biden's" American economy, like all the globe's economy is suffering the after effects from the COVID hit on the supply chain, and the Democrats' efforts to keep people afloat by pumping money out to those hard hit from the pandemic. As the supply chain began to recover, those with disposable income spent the funds to satisfy pent up retail needs, and drove the economy. It was predictable.

I have to ask. Would you prefer the Democrats kept the tax payers' money in the administrative reserves and let people go hungry, homeless, and without energy to sustain them through their dark hours and bad weather? All in the name of preserving our retirement plans?
The stimulus was largely bipartisan. I remember many on here that wanted it seemingly so Trump would be liked because he gave out the money...

If the private sector were that wonderful to rely on for retirement, then why is the AARP against privatization of social security?

When are liberals for privatizing anything?

What, you mean you'd rather rely solely on the government for your retirement?

Who in government do you "trust?" Name them.

Uhhh the first one was. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, plus the "infrastructure bill," plus this 1.7 trillion "omnibus" are NOT.

The Democrats have just gotten done spending TRILLIONS UPON TRILLIONS of printed money, all while the FED is RAISING INTEREST RATES.

You'd think these two entities would pick up the phone and call one another, since they are working against each other.

You can't possibly believe that this massive government spending isn't to blame for our (and the worlds) massive inflation and economic problems. The US Dollar runs the world. It is actively being devalued by our own congress and president as we speak!

Trump signed the first two into law and encouraged the third stimulus check because he vetoed the second for direct cash payments that were "too small." How in blue Hell is that not bipartisan?

You realize markets do not go up all the time unless you live in China where they made it illegal to sell your stock.
