That was abit of empty pre-Election Posturing, As Kevin Rudd was the Labor Party leader (John Howard was Prime Minister!), When that came out.

Yes, Rudd is Now Prime Minister (The Liberal Party lost!) and even if there was a legal basis?, I really doubt, That he would put ICJ proceedings Into action, As the trial could just end up, Boding badly for Australia and our international standing?
