This is just going to be part of the never ending dog and pony political cycle.

It will be used for talking points, investigations etc. but nothing will come of it.

Classified documents from Biden's time as vice president discovered at Penn Biden Center

I have worked with various levels of government-classified documents. The rules on them are very strict. They must be marked in a certain way, they must have covers that conceal their contents from casual passers-by, they must always be stored in locked, sealed rooms that conform to certain security standards, unless they are in the direct, personal possession of a person with the appropriate security clearance (i.e. he's studying them in an ordinary office, transporting them to and from the sealed room, etc.).

Was the room at this "Penn Biden Center" where these documents were found in November 2022, correctly locked and sealed? Were the documents in the direct possession of an appropriately-cleared person? How long were the documents in that room?

I doubt being a VP he would have access to the Nuclear codes and if he did, like Trump, the code would have been renewed after they left office. These codes are nothing but a nothing burger.
But other items that pertained to national security would be interesting to know. Not necessarily the context but how high in secrecy and the how important they are/were.
So far the Justice Department hasn't told us the truth about the Trump documents. So I am assuming the documents found in Trump's possession was another left wing attempt at discrediting Trump from running in 2024.

I believe if the people in the a left think tank had access to the documents...Biden has a problem.
