Great idea. Another war to drag out that we can’t possibly win.

If we are to the point that a suggestion made by Lindsey Graham seems like a good idea we are in desperate times...

The Peter Santenello interview below tells part of the story. For one thing, there are areas of the border that will never be walled because the wall is either on Native American land or would prevent Native Americans from crossing between the US and Mexico.

And the vast majority of asylum claims are false. International law says asylum seekers must stay in the first nation that grants asylum. But what they are doing, say, is landing in Brazil, where they are granted asylum, and then working their way up to the US. At the US border, they toss their Brazilian ID papers and enter the US illegally with the false claim that they came right to the US and were never in Brazil or another country. We let them in, give them a court date and they never show.

There is no way we can continue as a nation and allow this to happen. Biden has opened the floodgates to illegal immigration and I have to think he wants to destroy the United States.

I disagree about the wall. Where the good walls have been built they have been 90% effective in deterring illegal entry. They need to be completed. We only need them along the most porous areas of the border. The rest is mostly impassable terrain. Please provide a viable link to your claims about so-called Native American lands.

We need to reinforce the DEA and others that are already working with the Mexican government to attack the cartels.

Nope, just send in drones to take out the cartel leadership. Keep on doing this until there aren't any left.

Exactly! And, use economic sanctions, as if we stop trade through the border, Mexico will suffer, and it will cost the taxpayers less. Also doing that would help farmers in our country, as well as others!

This 3rd world stuff is coming to our country through the border. Put the military on the border. Also, there is and continues to be advisories on traveling to certain cities to include the one these 4 people went to. Sadly, conservatives like to use the military to give contractors to those that donate to their campaigns, under "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours", of course, probably 99% of the politicians on both sides operate that way!

It's starting to come out in foreign news that this may have been a drug deal gone bad.

Really want to start a war over this ?

Go down to the “border” in AZ, NM, or TX and you will quickly see that it is already militarized. CBP, National Guard, DEA, etc. are tripping over themselves spending billions of dollars. Constant road traffic, helicopters, dirigibles, drones, night or day. Our Constitution doesn’t even apply for U.S. citizens traveling within 100 km of the border.

Very true. Those on here saying the border is wide open are incorrect. Problem is we are letting all these asylum seekers use a loophole to get it. We simply should not be taking those people in at all. Just sent them all back.
