Sometimes you can buy a brand new TV in the store, take it home and plug it in and it doesnt work. Is that normal? No, it happens as this could of been an oversite at the factory quality control or damaged during shipping. Accidents happen. TV is designed to work right out of the box, sometimes like the examples I just gave, they dont.

The same thing happens with human births. Every now and then a child is born with an extra limb or something missing or some sort of birth defect like being gay or lesbian. We dont know why this happens yet. Of course we cant take them back. We have to love the kids as parents no matter what. But the point is that it is NOT normal and should not be glorified. One day there will be a "cure".

Whether you believe in God or not. After all, we as humans are designed to reproduce, are we not?

This point of view has nothing to do with political or religious views. It is just logical thinking. Prove me wrong if you disagree.

Do you tell left-handed children that they are not normal and should not be glorified? Do you pray for a cure for left-handedness?

What makes you think that being left handed is not normal? Being left handed is not a disease. I sort of see what you are trying to say though. I just don't think it is a valid point. It is not a valid point because the child can still write, etc just like a right handed child.

I am referring to a person being born gay as something that cannot do what it was designed to do, defective. We as people are designed to reproduce.

Just like birds, fish and any other animals and insects, plants etc.

Priceless. I love how you compare a birth defect, which is a PHYSICAL abnormality, to being gay. I just feel sorry for you.

We already covered this. Why do you seem to think all people need to reproduce? Why do you think gay couples will not have children? It it your assertion that we are running short of breeding stock in this country?

As far as I can see, and believe me I've seen my fair share of gay porn, gay people & their "defective" components know just what to do. I don't think you need to worry about them, they sure as hell aren't worrying about your rabbit-breeding capabilities.

We dont have to reproduce. But we were designed for that purpose.

We already have your "cure," it's called artificial insemination or something, isn't it?

Certain trees were designed to produce fruit, but some just do not. I guess we should round them all up & ship 'em off to a deserted island. Or better yet, just chop them down! What the hell good are they to society, right?? Useless, worthless plants, you're just not doing what you were designed to do! Bad tree!!

So what? Some people chose to reproduce some people don't. Running out of people doesn't seem to be a global concern.

Gay people can and do reproduce. They just don't do it within the narrow minded confines that you seem to consider "normal." Does that make you "abnormal" and mentally defective?
