I guess there are no truly independent witnesses. Witnesses for both sides have different stories. The guy sounds like a flake, but then so is Paltrow. Tough one for sure.

Who is that? I thought there were at least three, all with either her or the doctor, but I'm not getting too deep into this one.

I was in a car wreck. They called it an accident and I had to get an accident report afterwards. There was no doubt that the other driver was at fault. It also happened with lots of witnesses. She ran a stop sign and smashed into me.
