I guess they forgot that they were a children’s entertainment company, not an instrument of far left politics.
They will continue to erode their core customer base, which does not want their children exposed to such BS.
What happened to the whole turn the channel ethos? I was pretty ambivalent about the Disney tax district, it seems that it was well managed and it was working as intonated, having said that I don't really have a valid argument as to why they should be getting special treatment, and if the elected officials sought to change that at this point not really arguing against that, BUT then during the introduction it was clear by the appointments that this was a 100% culture war sillyness then doubled down during the introductions suggesting what the board would like to see content wise might have an defect on how the board behaves which is insane.
I don't consider the Out and Equal Event and the push for indoctrination of children in schools the same thing. Disney does not host Gay Days but it draws 150k eventgoers to the area, many of those celebrating at the parks.
I don't really thing the Out and Equal Event is on anyone's radar.

Which has nothing to do with whether that poster personally wants them there or not.
That poster doesn't need anything resource wise from the public trough and probably couldn't care less re the jobs and tax revenue generated.
