I say arrest them but dont charge them. Let them sit in jail as was done to the J6 folks. As a sidebar: this is how the left works. While we work our jobs and try to live our lives not bothering anyone, these jobless freaks will riot, destroy, burn down and pretty much devote their lives to the latest cause d’jour
I've been saying that for a while. The productive members of society don't have time to be activists.
If you are not going to talk about mental health, then you do not actually want to solve the problem.
All you are doing is using the victims of gun violence as scapegoats to push an anti-gun agenda, and I am damn tired of Democrats using children as scapegoats to push their agenda! It makes me sick!
"gunning down 6 children with guns they were able to obtain because of incredibly lax and ineffective gun laws must have warranted at least THAT much of a response."
Of course they are ineffective! No gun law is effective, because criminals do not care what any law states. That is why they are criminals! Murder is against the law, yet people are still murdered.
Laws do not prevent actions from occurring. They provide the basis to punish people for committing certain actions.
Good. Grief.
Unlike todays GOP. where maintaining a single thought for more than a minute can cause smoke alarms to go off, I can see there are multiple concurrent problems. Is there a mental health problem? Absolutely. There's also a xenophobia problem where anyone who is not of "the accepted collective" are persecuted and hated based on their race, religion, sexual identity, etc. for no good reason. And there is also a gun problem. A large one. A fact that most legal and legitimate gun owners fully acknowledge. Which leads to another problem, we have a problem where our "representatives" are so easily bought and paid for that they don't listen to the people and listen to whoever writes them checks.
But no one has been able to answer how these people:
A)Got in the building with a Bullhorn
B)Got onto the floor of the Legislature
I didn't check to see if a Bullhorn is something acceptable to bring into the public galleries, but I think it is a safe bet that something like that is NOT allowed. SO either the TN security is very lax or someone on the "inside" gave the bullhorn to themh and gave them access to the floor.
A bullhorn is not a weapon. Two in some museums or places of interest etc when they are escorting visitors, they use a small bullhorn to explain or describe the whatever to a large group.
I'm sorry ....are these the people who protested at the State Capital for gun control after a nutjob shot up a school and killed 3 8-9 year olds? Did they break in by smashing windows? Did they smear excrement on the walls? How much stuff did they walk out with? Surely they built a noose and threatened to murder several officials, right? Because, really, if a bunch of inbred, Golden Corral loving neckbeards were willing to do that for an ineffectual, thrice-married, twice impeached, compulsively lying, failed game show hosts, gunning down 6 children with guns they were able to obtain because of incredibly lax and ineffective gun laws must have warranted at least THAT much of a response.
Is that what they were arrested and charged with?
Uh, no.
