Yes. The citizen has to ask for that, and I don't believe Trump has asked for a speedy trial.

Constitutional law professor Johnathan Turley stated that there are so many flaws in the presentation by the Dinger DA that it will be dismissed.

At some point the judge will have to stop this charade.
