Are you okay with Trump being considered guilty based on such a high bar for evidence? I mean, a grand jury who actually saw the evidence thought it was enough to indict him, but here we have SanJuanStar who's evidence supporting his accusation of DA corrupt = zilch.
Doubtful, first time offenders for this type of offense rarely get prison time. Now if he says something really stupid during sentencing, like mouthing off to the judge, with is highly likely for him, they may give him the max sentence allowed by law. But if he keeps his big mouth shut, he'll most likely just get probation.
