Now, we need to leave them alone and let them continue to live the way they've been doing.
Past is past. This is present. I can't change the past, but I can hope that the rest of the world will leave this tribe alone.
While its amazing that individuals in the world still have not come into contact with "civilization", I find it more amazing that the same individuals who criticize communities like the FLDS are so quick to point out that we should leave these people alone. Yes, I understand they dont live in the USA, but what if they did? Wouldnt the government would be raiding their community taking their children, using cruel living conditions for the children as justification?
Yes, I just find it ironic that the same individuals who think it was ok for the US Government to invade some compound in Texas based upon false accusations, (FLDS) think we should leave these individuals alone. Isnt how they live considered cruel and punishment to the children by modern day standards?

Working off your point... my opinion on the OP that if this was happening in my country I wouldn't "just leave them alone". Why should we have to treat them like some carnival attraction and what makes them so much more special that we can't contact them?
