Hold onto some of that money and maybe you can get some great going out of business deals.
Petite sizes sell rapidly, one needs to strike when the item's available, and when the price and discount are right, it's go time. Leggings are for the fall and winter months. Basic black, navy, and charcoal gray. Do I care there's controversy about a bunch of shirts or kiddie clothes with something that angers someone else? Nope. I'm not a customer for those things, doesn't affect me.
Businesses came and went long before "woke." Almost no companies which were around 100 years ago are around today. Why? It's the nature of our economic system. Who has even heard of American Cotton Oil, American Sugar or U.S. Leather? These were major corporations 100 years ago. At one time Sears sold homes in a kit, now just try to find a store...
I love how these questionable media tabloids treat random social media posts as "news".
These conservative snowflakes are running out of places to shop. Too funny.
Right? This is the real outrage. This “story” was composed of rando posts from the socials of the Perpetually Offended.
Sure, some people don’t like Pride merchandise. Who knew?
The idea that retailers are purposely bankrupting themselves so the government can take them over (what exactly is the mechanism for that?) is completely ludicrous.
Actually, I don't care about LGBT clothing for infants and toddlers.
Parents dress babies to reflect their own (the parents') ideas about fashion -- and sometimes, lately, their political views. Babies couldn't care less whether they are dressed in dresses or overalls or wear a t-shirt saying "Trump (or Biden) 2024", as long as they are comfortable. It is only when clothing is forced on older children as some kind of political statement of an adult in their life that I object.
So I am not boycotting Kohl's . . . yet, anyway.

How do you know they didn't, since you don't go to either store? Any Memorial Day advertising would have started weeks ago anyway.
I avoid these places mostly because I think it is trash and depressing anyway and in my area there are other options.
I mean I am not into this Pride stuff at all, but it is a fact that it IS Pride month in a few days so it doesn't surprise me that they put up the rainbows. Same with all those other stores.
I think some of the more out there stuff like 'tucking' featured stuff is a bit much tho.
If they had it up all like this all year round , that'd be different.
So glad this thread was posted. I just scored 3 pairs of petite leggings, and with my Kohl's cash and extra % off, I got them for $7 each, including tax. Booyah!

That’s a fair take.
If one wants to show their support with rainbow merch, do it. If it doesn’t float your boat, don’t.
I don't get the anguish over companies marketing to specific segments. It' snot like you have to buy what's being offered.
Because we wouldn't mind there to be stores we can still shop at that include the 98% of us. I guess if they want to focus on a 2% market share they will get what they ask for. Makes no sense.
