That's what a lot of preppers don't realize. Stable medium-sized groups are the ones coming out on top in an apocalypse. There will be islands of individuals, but they may end up joining groups or remain outcast. Make friends with your neighbors!

But if I were younger, my pick would likely be southern Chile or southern Argentina (Patagonia or Tierra del Fuego areas). In fact, I'd likely just go there even if the nation didn't blow up. I'm really sick of this society in general--most especially the woke crap.

South America, maybe Peru, Ecuador or Argentina. Maybe even Venezuela or Colombia, should be safe now that most of the criminal element from their countries have crossed our borders illegally.
