It isn't kidnapping if it's voluntary. I'm not surprise Newstunt doesn't know the difference between boarding a bus voluntarily and being forced to board at gunpoint.
I should probably add that Newstunt is too stupid to understand that California laws do not apply in Florida and Florida statutes are the operating applicable statutes, not California statutes.

Look around at who does all the work on highways , construction and infrastructure, provide domestic help and gardening and other services. You wont find many whites willing to do this kind of labour any longer, not in the sweltering summer heat. But maybe white Floridians are a tougher brand of humanity and do all the work I've just described Har de har !
