They will just use an AI program. AI-Joe will look, sound and act like Joe*. For interviews, meetings, etc., they will all be done on Skype. For an excuse of the video conferencing with reporters, world leaders and others, they will make up some cockamamie story about how the white supremacists and Q-bots are threatening Joe* so severely that he will no longer be out in public and no one will be allowed near him except for Jill and Hunter while he's in the basement of the WH. Then AI-Joe will put a bounty on the heads of white supremacists and Q-bots, which to the left is basically any rightwing voter. The left will see all of this as a win-win.
