The second generation is bilingual. By the time the third generation comes around their first language is English and they can barely say much in Spanish.
This is true! Out of all of my nieces & nephews I would say only One is fully Bi-Lingual even though they grow up hearing Spanish at home.
It's only a bad thing if you're white. And for the same reason that the Hispanic population going down would be a bad thing if you're Hispanic. Or the black population going down if you're black.
What's amazing is that many whites want to be a minority, and some wish white people didn't exist at all.

I don’t think you have to. The worst is “ press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish “. Not a big deal.
It's a big deal when you consider the reason why for it......massive illegal immigration! Most Hispanic-Americans know how to speak English so why would they need to press 2 for Spanish?

On topic, how can you force someone to have more kids? If said group wants to prioritize career over increasing gene pool, so be it.
Birth rates overall have gone down in the world except for poor countries where having a bigger family is thought to increase ability to earn and infant mortality rate is high.
