If an insider’s insider like Kissinger thinks Ukraine blew up the pipeline, who’s to argue?
He's still guessing though, just like the rest of us. True, he probably has more info to work with, but then again, maybe not. He's 100 years old. Is he computer proficient? Can he seek information readily on the internet like most 20-somethings? He's probably been out of the game for awhile so it's questionable how relevant his opinions even are anymore I would think.

Look at this propaganda piece from yesterday which claims we don't know who did it, because Russia might have blown up their own pipeline that they were successfully using to weaken political will in Germany with.
