I don't think there is anything nefarious going on here. Sounds like an Obama staffer went for a paddle board ride, fell off, and unfortunately did not know how to swim. Guess he wan't wearing a life vest either. Many bad decisions here. RIP.

Of course it will always be that somebody that didn't know how to swim, decided to paddle board in a pond and just couldn't' seem to find the board/shore....in a pond....
There's a cove of black celebrities who make up 100% of the black demographic of the island. They are accepted due to their status, however the island is not accepting of black normies. These people also go there to escape the types of people from their communities.
As far as I'm concerned, someone drowned because they couldn't handle the waters of Cape Cod.
