Question for those on the left - Would you rather Biden stay in the 2024 presidential race or Biden leave and put Newsom in?

Anybody but Trump and Biden please.

They are too old.

I see Biden & Trump's age group as the last of the generation that got old at 60. Let me explain.

60 year olds today run marathons regularly, cycle 100's of miles, work out at the gym, take soul cycle classes. They go to live music events where it isn't all grey haired people. They are lively and active.

I'm using a bit of hyperbole but you get my drift.

Biden, Trump, Grassley, McConnell, Pelozi, etc. etc....should retire.

Talk about frying pan to the fire.

One of these years the MAGAs are gonna figure out that some of us vote D in national elections because we have been left no choice.

Some of us want the spending stopped and a balanced budget.

Some of us agree with Barry Goldwater that any business that damages others has no business in business. That does away with that cost/benefit ratio BS that says we will allow a business to poison the air and water as long as it provides jobs.

But the Republican position on social issues leaves us no place to go.

You may not like a person's lifestyle or choices. It makes no difference. All citizens have the same civil rights and obligations as you. That does not mean anybody is destroying the country. It does mean the patriarchy is on it's last legs. Is that the destruction y'all are all worried about?

Neither. Look at the mess California is in- I don’t want that for the entire country. The only thing I like about Newsom is that he’s relatively young.

Not a Democrat/Marxist, but it’s pretty clear those who vote Democrat really don’t care who is running so long as there’s a (D) after the name.

Is it any different than a Republican/Fascist who would vote Trump back in regardless of what he does or any candidate in regardless of the extremes or the corruption as long as they have a (R) after the name..

The vast majority of Democrats will still vote for either one, so it really doesn't matter.
