Devon Archer used "I do think" and "I don't think" in every answer he gave during his testimony before the republican Clown Show. There is no evidence he testified under oath. If he had, such an answer would not have been permitted, and he would have been immediately challenged by any sort of competent interviewer to provide a "yes" or a "no" instead of hedging.
The Oversight Committee is doing nothing but shoveling nonexistent horse **** in an attempt at character assassination. They know they have nothing.
