She is there but she is not so visible...as quiet as a church mouse for most of her career as VP so far.
In comparison, M Pence was much more visible, active, and productive in helping america and americans in many ways.
VPs have always been nearly invisible, including Pence. They represent their country at funerals of foreign leaders and that`s pretty much all they do.
Any chance she went to rehab? It was noticeable in the last few speeches that she gave that she was "under the influence" with the slurred words, swaying back and forth and inappropriate laughter. Seriously, anyone that has seen someone that has been heavily drinking knows this is a problem for her.
Hopefully she is in rehab, as someone will have to go on the trail to promote the mentally and physically incompetent Biden, and I doubt he will have many that want to get out there and speak of all of his great accomplishments - hahaha!!!

Nothing except placate those obsessed with identity politics. The woman is an albatross around the neck of the Dem party. She bombed during the Dem primaries and is just as unpopular today. Can’t dump Biden without fear of Harris screaming foul if she’s not elevated to the top of the ticket in 2024.
