If Trump had just accepted that all of his legal challenges to the 2020 election had failed and conceded - just like every other losing presidential candidate in 247 years has done - he would not be in the mess he's in right now.
He'd be running for president again in 2024 without any indictments and court dates hanging over his head.
Well, except for those stolen classified documents in his bathroom that he refused to return when NARA legally asked for them back.
Oh, and and hadn't doctors all those financial records in New York to conceal his unlawful business conduct from voters.

I would never ever opt for a jury trial if I somehow ended up being prosecuted for something. I’d opt for a bench trial every time as I’d trust a judge any day over 12 idiots
Well, that could certainly be an option for Trump, but he'd need to stop pissing off judges first.
