4/15. Armorer sentenced to the max, 18 months on her involuntary manslaughter charge.
Baldwin's court date still imminent.
18 months is not excessive and seems about right to me. It was after all, her responsibility to keep that gun safe and she failed and now someone is dead, a mother of two young children was it?
look, we are talking alex baldwin, not the brighest of the human race, you could give him a broom stick and someone would get killed. no that, why would you give him anything that looks like a gun. a drawing of a gun and still someone would die
its alex baldwin, he make dumb and dumber look smart, so let give him a gun
you would think that actor that die twenty years ago with the starter pistol there be laws against actors holding guns
How many actors have "pulled the trigger"? They run through fire, jump off buildings, fall down stairs and pull the trigger when they are told every day. It is their job.

One child. Not that it makes any difference.
I agree the sentence is about right. Though the general consensus seems to be that it's too little. She could have gotten probation if she had just accepted responsibility and pleaded guilty. Stupidity, arrogance and her inability to accept responsibility are the only reasons she is even in jail right now.

I'm the OP. Read the first post again, more carefully this time. Pay attention to the quote.
