I've never heard anyone refer to being Black as a disability, no one. This is a shock.

Princeton’s the same place than went bananas over Covid notwithstanding the fact it was not a serious threat to the students. At one point (after completely closing for a semester) the kids were basically locked in their dorm rooms (the opposite of the science, BTW).

And they’re faux-surprised at the subsequent mental health issues amongst the students.

The more Left the admin, the crazier the actions, policies, and ideas.

Perception is not reality. Feelings are often wrong, but policy and SOPR's is what rules the day. Ever been involved in a hiring audit?

How would you feel if someone came out and declared YOU disabled because of some superficial thing (like skin tone or else). I would be angry or feel that person is ridiculous.

I hope all the black people who hear this ignore it or get angry and NOT agree with it.

I sure would not like to hear this declared about me.

We arent arguing perception. Company policy is internal job experience can be substituted for requirements for external hires . This isnt niche, its pretty well known. One of those cases where you are either pulling my leg for the sake of arguing, or you have been out of the job market for decades.

I don't believe that any racial group in America is "disabled." That is a rather silly notion.

All Americans of all backgrounds have equal rights and opportunities in this country.

However, people have different talents and abilities. People also behave differently and make different choices in life.

That is what leads to different outcomes.

As a black man, the black community has become useful idiots for the left.

Imagine blindly voting for 1 political party, watching as nothing happens, then you ask Dems why nothing has happened and their response is, "Well because the other political party is still too powerful, and since their power overrides our power, that means you're oppressed and you need to keep voting for us."

It's the perfect answer for an idiot too oblivious to understand what is going on.
