All charges are based on the breaking of GA laws. So no, they're not political nor weaponized.
They most certainly are not all based on the breaking of Georgia laws. Most of them are based on perfectly legal conduct. The prosecutor is pretending the actions broke laws because the prosecution is for political reasons, and the phone call with Raffensberger is a perfect example.
At Trump's request, Georgia recounted the votes three times. Came up with the same result each time: Trump lost.
So, what else do you think Georgia should have done before the vote was certified?

After three recounts, the results were certified on December 7. Was Trump meeting the requirements of GA HB 316 when he called Raffensberger on January 1? What else does the law in Georgia allow?

An action in isolation may be legal, but becomes criminal when it furthers a criminal enterprise. Driving a car is “perfectly legal” unless it is the getaway car in a bank robbery. You are believing what you want to believe and ignoring the facts.
Every impartial Legal Analysis states the same thing; ALL charges are political, have no standing in Law and are a weaponization of the DOJ (controlled by the Dems).

Also the world is watching as this country is falling into a banana Republic indicting a former president for nothing. Plus two impeachments for nothing. There are so many people around the world that wish they had Trump because they too see the corruption in their own country such as in communist countries.
Many people who got out of a communist country see what's going on and they never thought they would ever see America acting like a communist country through the Democrats and our media.
I know a lot of people noticed the billions from Saudi Arabia Ivanka and Jared walked away with and saw it as corruption.
