They most certainly are not all based on the breaking of Georgia laws. Most of them are based on perfectly legal conduct. The prosecutor is pretending the actions broke laws because the prosecution is for political reasons, and the phone call with Raffensberger is a perfect example.

At Trump's request, Georgia recounted the votes three times. Came up with the same result each time: Trump lost.

So, what else do you think Georgia should have done before the vote was certified?

By the way, just for reference you can find out what GA HB 316, the law that governs election challenges in Georgia, says about how to do so here: https://georgia.gov/election-recount-rules-georgia (I suggest reading the entire law - click on the link on the page to get to it)

After three recounts, the results were certified on December 7. Was Trump meeting the requirements of GA HB 316 when he called Raffensberger on January 1? What else does the law in Georgia allow?

They don't have to prove their case until it goes to trial. Right now they have presented the evidence and the statutes that were allegedly broken.

Have there been other elections in GA where rico charges were brought against politicians?

An action in isolation may be legal, but becomes criminal when it furthers a criminal enterprise. Driving a car is “perfectly legal” unless it is the getaway car in a bank robbery. You are believing what you want to believe and ignoring the facts.

TOO MUCH of a co-incidence that 'The Republican Front Runner' is being held on 'Paper Thin' charges 'attempted Fraud?'

They can't prove Fraud (because nothing happened), but they can try for 'Attempted Fraud' ~

Many people who got out of a communist country see what's going on and they never thought they would ever see America acting like a communist country through the Democrats and our media.
I know a lot of people noticed the billions from Saudi Arabia Ivanka and Jared walked away with and saw it as corruption.
