Most of the illegal immigration comes through Mexico but is not Mexicans. As I have said for a while we need to invest in manufacturing in Central and South America. Doing so would do two things. One, it could create millions of jobs in latin america and cut way down on illegal immigration. And it would make us independent of China.

Creating opportunities in Latin America is the Obama-Biden doctrine. If we are to do that, it should be done by encouraging US corporations to invest in Latin America as opposed to using tax money
