The US has scheduled a test of the emergency notification system. At 2:20 ET the government will start sending emergency messages to our phones. We will be advised that it is only a test. But what if the Russkies and their arms suppliers decide to attack at the same time? It is ideal because we are all getting messages that it is only a test. Why do the conspiracy theorists want me to put my phone in a metal container? How is an emergency broadcast system test of any consequence to anyone? Are they expecting some problems coming up in the next 6 to 12 months given that we're approaching a sovereign debt crisis? Are they planning to start a World War to trigger debt resets?

we were TOLD, in jan of this year to bring all systems up to a certain hardness level by december of this year. A few tens of B's from the IRA is paying for it.
