Pretty sure it's a crime falling under statute 22-3312.01 of the DC code. Breaking down the fence and trying to trespass would also constitute a punishable offence. The question is, will these people face reprisals? I'd be surprised if they did. Two-tiered justice exists in this country.

Who is more likely to commit a terrorist act? A person that supports Hamas and the murder of Jews or a Domestic Terrorist parent that questions their school committee over teaching the kids about Sex and Critical Race Theory?


What is really a joke is how the Pro Palestine Anti Israel types are the same people that were screaming and protesting in favor of Equity and Diversity here in this country.
