I am JUST NOW watching the entire debate for the first time. (I only caught the last few minutes when it originally aired.) Here is the link if others want to watch it.

In any case, Vivek is now LAST in my choice for Republican candidates. (Christie is more impressive this debate than he was in the last one, imo.) However, DeSantis is still my first choice with Haley in second place.

P.S. Vivek is almost unbelievably obnoxious. No wonder he supports Trump -- because in some ways (narcissism, arrogance, obnoxiousness), they are SO much alike (imo, of course).

And that's what attracts me to Vivek - he's a smart cookie and calls it as he sees it. We're usually on the same page but I don't trust Haley, Christie can't get his mind off Trump to tell us what his platform is and Ron still looks uncomfortable on stage despite the fact I think he did have a good night.

I agree with all of this - especially w/ DeSantis looking uncomfortable.

Every time they went to a side wide shot, DeSantis was standing behind the podium - but not touching it. I kept thinking he looks like he's getting ready to bolt out of there. On a positive note, he didn't do that weird smile thing.

DeSantis is definitely not doing well in these debates, Nikki is pulling ahead of him
It doesn't sound like you watched the same debate I watched.

He turned on Trump because he expected a position in his cabinet and didn't get one. It's all sour grapes.

I told Clara that already.

She claimed she didn't know that.
