Hostin's input was just disgusting. Part of me wonders if she saw Stefanik asking the questions and decided to side with the Black bald lady on identity and bias against Stefanik, as she is a Trump supporting Republican.

At least not all Democrats are as disgusting. Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro (of PA), who is Jewish, has blasted U Penn president's comments as "absolutely shameful".

It'd be great to hear what Kamala Harris' husband who is a Jewish has to say. All these persons of color progressives and liberals in the Democrat Party have been leaning (directly or indirectly) towards support of antisemitism. Whoopi in the past has been suspended for antisemitic comments, and Hostin is sadly the "legal expert" on the show as an attorney that Whoopi ultimately always supports. They keep one light Republican in the group and she is generally dismissed and lasts about two years before ABC finds another one.

All the progressive Democrats/antisemites who blabber about both sides and defend Palestinians/Hamas are advocates of Islamic gender apartheid. They hate women in addition to Jews.

When Neo-Nazis say it they are racist. When liberals say it, they are exercising free speech.
It's the #1 daytime show, followed by Dr. Phil.

You know who watches that crap and why there are no men on it.

If it was an honest show and they had a man on it, he'd spend half his time mansplaining to those stupid hens.

You are correct that some opinions are stifled citing "safety concerns" or calling speech "violence". The labeling speech as "violence" was a semantical ploy to subvert free speech with a wink.

Exactly - and New York University (NYU) is currently being sued by three Jewish students for allegedly failing to protect them against "festering Jewish hatred permeating the school."

Bella Ingber, Sabrina Maslavi and Saul Tawil accused the university of "egregious civil rights violations" by allegedly allowing students to chant antisemitic phrases like "gas the Jews" and "Hitler was right."

In a lawsuit filed at Manhattan district court, the students claimed antisemitism had been a "growing institutional problem" at NYU even before the war between Israel and Hamas began last month.

Whilst there is the right to free speech in the US, this does not stop Universities or employers from taking action in relation to the institutions own policies and codes, and in terms of many of these institutions they have indulged in outrage and offence in recent years, and have safe spaces and other such nonsense, however in terms of the Jews and the current situation there seems to be very different policies at play and a very different political narrative coupled with a complete lack of consistency in dealing with different cultures and ethnic groups.

As for Hitler, he believed in Aryan purity, and was not some supporter of black, arab or lbgtq+ people, in fact gays, gypsies and lots of other groups were massacred by the Nazi's, and a lot of white people died fighting Hitler and his Nazi's, so chanting 'Hitler was right' just demonstrates how stupid and ignorant many of these individuals are.

It's also worth noting that Islamic fundamentalists also have a radically different ideology to many of these idiotic students.

Finally in terms of 'The View' it's a disgusting stain on the US, whilst the likes of Sunny Hostin have shown themselves to hold some abhorrent views.

Just like with the R's being divided between old school Rs and MAGA R's, the Dems are now divided into old school D's like Shapiro and very progressive Ds like Talib and many others.

I have to also give credit and appreciation for John Fettermen, who in every other way has been very progressive idealogically (and the wife even more so) but who has really stepped up for Jews in PA and D.C., even joining rallies for Israel with an Israeli flag draped across his back and shoulders. He has photos of the kidnapped Israelis hanging outside his office.

He was accused by Pro-Hamas protesters as having blood on his hands for supporting Israel when he walked past them going to the Senate, and he responded by going into his office, draping himself with the Israeli flag, and going back out there. He told one of them they should be protesting Hamas if they really cared about Palestinians.

He is getting a LOT of flack from progressives within the party, but the more they harass him, the stronger his stance becomes. I really admire that.

The irony is, Nazis in Germany did not consider Jews to be white people, which was part of their justification for killing them, and now progressives want to kill Jews because Jews are White Oppressors.

At some point, perhaps Jews will realize they are not liked very much by other groups, rightfully or wrongfully. It would be simple if the prevalence of antisemitism is because of "liberal brainwashing" and firing some university people will just magically solve the problem. But just get outside your bubble, don't just talk to Jewish people. The young people themselves are coming up with these views without being brainwashed.

By the way, when I was in the military, there were lots of white people who aren't Jewish, unlike NYC where half the white people are Jewish. This was years ago before our country was so visibly divided. You would be shocked at how antisemitic these people were even back then.
