Yes, teachers unions represent teachers. Police unions represent police officers. Carpenters unions represent carpenters. It’s really not a hard concept to understand.

Then again the public employee unions get on the air saying how their goals are the public goals.

At the moment I am looking at Postal Police Officers, all 500 of them nationwide getting on TV news with the claim that if their officers were "patrolling" the streets of Chicago then carriers wouldn't be victims of armed robberies and mail boxes wouldn't be broken into. All in the attempt to get the processing plants security guards the same early pensions Border Patrol and FBI Special Agents get.

Yeah, they’re lying. They are there to protect the best interests of their members.

So who is going to deliver their pizzas? Without delivery they will be out of business in a heartbeat. Maybe they use DoorDash. See how that works out. Cold pizza, no pizza.

Even McDonald's are using those 3rd party gig delivery folks in California. The question is how many folks will skip more expensive pizza with the 3rd party being unable to guarantee a delivery time

dont need my pizza delivered... I go down to the pizzeria, I sit there have a cup of expresso, as I talk with tony, as he makes my pies. then I pay and go home happy, the kids love the REAL pizza, not some crap from faux-pizza hut.

why be lazy, go get it, screw delivery

actually making you own dough is easy. the most time consuming part is the time to left it rise (proofing) before you do the tossing.

I made my own when I lived overseas and there were nor real pizza places. The Lebanese restaurant made a good pizza, but sometimes you want one just like you get at home. I also made my own bagels and tortillas.

I imagine it's virtually impossible to get good cheese in many places. Olive oil and tomatoes as well.

You'll be paying $45 shipping to get a bottle of crappy Ragu shipped to you.
