Since they're genetically Jordanian, and there never was a state of Palestine, (it was invented by Yasser Arafat in 1963), why not just send them back to Jordan?

Seems simple enough, but none of the Arab countries want them either.
Send themselves to Congo and let the Palestinians have their place back. Problem solved. Bonus: no reason for anyone to hate them anymore.
