If I was a Democrat, I'd want to beat Trump at the ballot box, so I'd want him to be on the ballot.
And his power will increase by 10 fold if you remove him from the ballot, he'll forever be the ultimate martyr in American history.
He'll possess a Christ-like aura.

Trump made money off of foreign countries. He is supposed to report that to Congress. He did not. Presidents are supposed to. That's why this is an issue.

Yeah, they were also guilty in paying rent to Biden*. They should have been prudent and gone to the nearest ROA campground or Motel 6 for office space and lodging instead, right?

Maybe it should be the way SS does it for everyone, no matter if their protectees owns the property or not. It sure would save a small fortune in protecting Hunter. Instead of having to rent the mansion across the street from Hunter's place, they should just go to the nearest Motel 6 and protect him from there. Hunter could always call them to come running if he sees anything weird happening around his place. right?
Nice deflection but that doesn't address the point of this thread which is profiting from foreign interests. Putting family members in charge of a business is not a blind trust, especially with his sons and daughter-in-law's directly involved in politics.

Good article to educate yourself on divestment from 2017 and what it means, can't capture the rest of the article but it goes into his foreign investment overseas:

January 9, 2017 / 10:31 AM CST / CBS Minnesota

WASHINGTON (AP) — President-elect Donald Trump pledged to step away from his family-owned international real estate development, property management and licensing business before taking office Jan. 20. With less than two weeks until his inauguration, he hasn't stepped very far.

Ethics experts have called for Trump to sell off his assets and place his investments in a blind trust, which means something his family would not control. That's what previous presidents have done.

Trump has given no indication he will go that far. He has said he will not be involved in day-to-day company operations and will leave that duty to his adult sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr. The president-elect has not addressed the ethical minefield of whether he would retain a financial interest in his Trump Organization.

Of Trump's U.S. portfolio, no venture has become more emblematic of the potential conflicts of interest facing Trump than his hotel at the Old Post Office in the nation's capital. The federal government, which he soon will oversee, holds the lease on the building he turned into a sparkling luxury hotel that opened shortly before Election Day.

The terms of Trump's contract with the government expressly prohibit elected officials from having a financial interest in the property. Democratic senators said the General Services Administration told them that the moment Trump takes office, he would violate the terms of his contract

Biden never profited off foreign investments or did Comer finally come up with something, it is a fact that he profited from foreign investments, it's right in front of you.

All they have come up with regarding Biden is allegations.

I'm sure Biden lent a Chinese dignitary 2 dollars to buy a zagnut bar at the commissary and when it was repaid, the MAGAMorons exploded.

It's as plain a day.

Both sides needs lessons on ethics.

It is long past time for both teams to stop playing gotcha and start doing what they were elected to do.
