Trump would most likely lose all independent votes and moderates picking someone like that.
Trump doesn’t seem to care about winning their votes. I believe there will be a depressed turnout for this election. Only the hardcore partisans are welcome.
Haley might say no but I feel she is likely to join him as VP. She is smart and cunning and knows that if Trump dies in office or serves his term she has the chops to become POTUS.
She and Trump may exchange barbs but in the end they will kiss and make up.
Trump also knows he will attract independents with her on his ticket.
I would say Sarah Sanders. She has made some great changes that I have read about since she has become governor of Arkansas or Greg Abbott.
