Look what WHO did with transgender definition.

We're hiring the lunatics to run the asylum is what we're doing.

Oh for God’s sake, Schizophrenia is not an intellectual disability.

It’s a psychiatric disorder, and there are lots of those, from anxiety to OCD, to mild depression, amongst all sorts of non employment disqualifying disorders. There are multitudes of diagnoses.

Why ars you so obsessed with schizophrenia?

His job is actually to fight discrimination. It's interesting though that you can't seem to tell the difference.

DEI, as it is actually practiced, is discriminatory. If this guy is pushing DEI (I couldn't tell from the description, though it sounds like he is), then he is practicing discrimination.

Nice, a jet will be built, carrying 100 - 500 people, and some psycho snowflake had worked on it.

No wonder that door was blown out.

Sounds like a training issue.

It's about someone who has schizophrenia
You must not have read post #1. It mentions a full line of disabilities (physical disabilities are bolded):
Quote:
"Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring," the FAA’s website states. "They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism."
Schizophrenia is not mentioned anywhere.

what's the name of the disease/disability ? Schizophrenia comes to mind.
Intellectual disabilities include developmental delays including Down Syndrome (once called mental retardation), or traumatic brain injuries. Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder.

What in heavens name will a completely paralyzed person do for a job at the FAA ??????
And you are defending this ??
Why aren't you defending this? People who are paralyzed can perform all sorts of jobs with the proper equipment.

DSM-V classifies schizophrenia as a psychiatric illness and it's the final word on the matter.

I don't think the FAA builds jets.

If you really thought that’s what I meant, you may have an intellectual disability and a job opportunity aways you at the FAA

A blind person isn’t intellectually impaired because they look a bit different in photos.

As I said earlier, you guys seem to think people with disabilities are morons.

Ok that’s funny.

Regardless, you dissed a blind guy based on his picture. You didn’t know he was blind until someone set you straight.

You assumed, you were wrong, and that’s precisely how people are discriminated against.

So keep it up mate. More DEI incoming, because you insist on proving why it’s necessary.
