There is PLENTY of proof he "did something". What he did, that cost him this judgement, is publicly slander her and no one is denying that's the case.
Moral of the story: Don’t commit crimes and you won’t have to worry about a biased jury.
You would think if you committed crime this would go to criminal court and due process. The burden of proof is on the accuser not the other way around. There is no morals here but a corrupt system.
It's more than just a little expensive to defame, slander, and libel a person to an international audience of millions+ people. Death threats received, reputational harm all over the Interwebs; such a thing ruins lives. Remember in Dec 2023, Rudy G. got hit with a $148M judgement for what he did to the 2 election workers in GA.

This particular jury had one and only one job: to determine the amount of damages, if any, to award the plaintiff in the case. This jury was told they were to accept the result of the prior case, which determined the ex-P was legally responsible for the sexual assault and defamation of Ms. Carroll.
The "did he do it or not" part of the case was decided in a separate trial held prior to this one, with a different jury.
The jury is the law in a courtroom. Thd judge is there to ask them for their decision.
When proof is derived solely from being asked to believe one person over another, then it is subjective.
There is no proof, only evidence.
