All he had to do was just say, "I don't agree with the verdict because I never assaulted her" and then never said another word about her and trial until this phase he probably would be about 65 million dollars richer.
It wouldn't have made any difference. She was ready for bear when he'd said he didn't know her. And for her proof to her claim that he knew her, she shows a picture of them in the same room together at some party, with many other people, but he's paying absolutely no attention to her, not talking to her and not even facing her.

This is liberal justice for you. Get up and lie on the stand and your politics will make you rich. This is a joke.
There is PLENTY of proof he "did something". What he did, that cost him this judgement, is publicly slander her and no one is denying that's the case.

Good for her. The coourt system worked today. She deserves every penny of it for what he did to her.

It's more than just a little expensive to defame, slander, and libel a person to an international audience of millions+ people. Death threats received, reputational harm all over the Interwebs; such a thing ruins lives. Remember in Dec 2023, Rudy G. got hit with a $148M judgement for what he did to the 2 election workers in GA.

Until now, no one knows how they were alone in a store.
It's completely unknown how he could have "savagely raped her", as she claims, when she was fully dressed and there's absolutely no dna on the dress except for some unknown persons skin cell dna on the sleeve, and only on the sleeve. Was he supposed to have raped her arm or what?

This particular jury had one and only one job: to determine the amount of damages, if any, to award the plaintiff in the case. This jury was told they were to accept the result of the prior case, which determined the ex-P was legally responsible for the sexual assault and defamation of Ms. Carroll.

The "did he do it or not" part of the case was decided in a separate trial held prior to this one, with a different jury.

When proof is derived solely from being asked to believe one person over another, then it is subjective.

There is no proof, only evidence.
