Want to change genders then have at it, but don't expect the world to change for you. It ain't happening. It doesn't change for me or anyone else.
I lean left, particularly relative to social issues, but I think your statement is a fair one. There’s a distinction between supporting/defending one’s rights vs. (catering to) special demands that infringe upon others. If rights were absolute and unlimited, then no one would really have them.
Changing one's "plumbing" does not change one's sex/gender any more than if I were to slip a dress on. It's still just a guy playing like he's a girl. Which is fine if that is your jam, but let's call a spade a spade.
Until there is some sort of "consciousness" implantation of one being's "essence" into another body, it's not possible for a man to truly become a woman (or the other way around). And even then it would be debatable because there are also psychological differences as well as physical differences and genetic differences.
JK Rowling is 100% correct here. A trans woman is just that - not a natural woman. I'm not even sure why this is controversial.
It’s not any type of a woman. It’s a man, and will always remain a man, acting out due either to mental illness or a desire to express sexual fetishism in a very unacceptable public manner. No other choices. If the former, get these critters the help they need in the form of counseling or heavy doses of medication while they are isolated away. If the latter, remove any constraints on others in normal society in dealing with it. What goes on behind closed doors is a private matter. Bring it out in public means there should be consequences.

You see "women" like that big ol' burly dude Rachel Levine stomping around in heels looking all dude like. We're supposed to look at the person and think she's a woman. "She" looks like a total dude in drag clothing.
JK Rolwing can voice her opinion because she's worth like a billion dollars and isn't cancelable as far as I can tell. Most people are going to look at that Rachel Levine and see a man in drag, sorry but that's just the truth of it.
JKR may be the last leftie in the western world who hasn't given in to tranny tyranny.
