That won't work if the 'intruder' has been there for awhile and has their belongings already in the home as well as actual mail coming to the address, lol.

I don’t think it’s different in any other state. I don’t even see a time period mentioned in any of the sites I’ve seen in other states. That earlier post was for adverse possession, ie, in Montana after 5 years the squatter can legally take title to the house.

Trump is the least likely to act like a dictator than anyone else since out system would require more than one man to pull that off. It would take the cooperation of many politicians, our alphabet orgs, the media, and a ground army of useful idiots, which is what we currently have under the Dems.

We have a quasi dictatorship going on right now and no one seems to care except the Supreme Court.

Correct, but its a great tactic to create fear among the non thinkers and Trump haters.

My biggest concern is not him necessarily ruling as a dictator, but the damage that will be done to the country if he is allowed to commit criminal election interference and national security offenses and is never held accountable. I think when a politician goes to the lengths he did to try to get a Secretary of State to overturn an election, that merits jail time. Simple as that. Matters of policy and character are not as important as the fundamental concept that we are all accountable under the law. Him getting away with that will lead to all kinds of additional lawbreaking as folks assume they won't be held accountable. Kind of like I saw a guy just admit he wasn't going to pay taxes going forward on here. If there's no accountability at the top, why should anyone else be accountable?

Please explain then.

Best to wait until you have taken care of the intruders because you feared for your life and they were coming at you. You don't know who they were. Then call the cops to get rid of them.

What amazes me that a person can legally buy a house with all the paper work, pre sale inspections, credit checks, title searches etc quicker than they can remove a house thief grifter with almost no paperwork. Some house sales completed by the book in weeks. And yet a squatter with no lease, deed, bill of sale etc can tie up an 'eviction' for years.

These 'squatters' are criminal grifters not legal tenants with landlord issues. So why are they given so much time to accept the fact they must leave.
