If this is so, shouldn't our fuel prices be dropping?

The pundits of Peak Oil are still on point. We're really not in good shape. Just because fracking and oil shale are being processed, does not change the fact that such sources are irreplaceable.

True, without fracking and oil shale, we would have hit the "wall" in 2020 timeframe, so it's a "good thing" to have a respite.
BUT the fact remains, that we have to reshape our economy and lifestyle to wean ourselves off fossil fuels.
Unfortunately, human nature, being what it is, will promptly forget the urgency.
It won't be the first time.
Look at the consequences of the Energy Crisis of the 1970s!
Overnight, folks stopped buying gas guzzlers, thermostats were turned down, insulation retrofits were the rage, and then ... NADA.

Government instituted the Department of Energy, spent more, hired more, and regulated more. But did it really change anything? Energy Star is a joke. Appliances now routinely break in a few years, instead of giving service for decades. CAFE rules killed the stationwagon but allowed the even bigger SUV! And most glaring is the failure to return to rail based land transport (Rail roading in all its forms). Those who are getting rich from our enforced wasteful behavior will not give up, whether in the public or private sector.
FYI : Steel wheel on steel rail has a 20:1 advantage over pneumatic tire on pavement, regardless of means of propulsion. All the hoopla to go to Battery Electric Vehicles is just more of the same old same old. Keep the yokels struggling, so the elite can "eat" them.
Curiously, "car dependent" USA has a lower automobile ownership per capita than many "rail happy" European countries. In other words, they spend so much less on transportation, they can afford cars when needed.

We are increasing green energy along with oil production, you understand we can do both.

Imagine setting a record without the Keystone pipeline extension, who knew?
That was the stupidity of blocking the Keystone XL pipeline

The oil that would have been in the Keystone XL pipeline is being trucked to its destination not sent via the pipeline. Many of the people thought that blocking the pipeline deal with hurt oil production. Its just being shipped in a more dangerous manner. And we are burning more fossil fuels to move the product by truck. But your side sure stopped that evil pipeline!

Its supply AND demand. Demand is strong.

And Biden halted exports, so we're no longer a net exporter of energy. We also can't drill more to open up and use the almost limitless fossil fuel underground and off shore.

The man made climate change and EV scams are now becoming obvious to most people.

The oil that would have been transported in Keystone XL is NOT being trucked. That phase of the pipeline had 500,000 bbls per day of capacity booked. No one is trucking 500,000 barrels of heavy crude per day.

Keystone XL provided zero real benefit to the US and some very real hazards.

I am not anti-pipeline in general. I've worked for oil companies for 35 years, and my family has been in the business for over 100 years. However, I do try to look at the potential problems as well as benefits of any project.

Biden has NOT blocked exports of oil. There is a moratorium on additional LNG exports.

Climate change is not a scam, and it is affected by humans. I do not think we can replace fossil fuels anytime soon as that's not technologically feasible, but we should be making every effort to do so where it makes sense.

Where is all this offshore oil you speak of? It's certainly not in the US Gulf of Mexico.

The OP is correct, under Biden we are producing more oil than ever. That is a little disturbing actually, because despite producing so much oil, we are still running a 3 trillion-dollar deficit, and the price at the pump is pretty high.
