i think one of the biggest problem is, United states are too nice
the liberal mindset and the liberal curches dont have the balls to say, no no no, you cant do that, you cant come in, no they all want tem in open arms with free food home free money
if it was china or north korea,, they would just shoot them
Agreed
But I feel a lot of migrants are not because we are nice because there is a reason for them to be here
The effects of the low fertility rate in this country will start to show. More ghost towns in the rural areas. A surplus of housing starting to appear. More empty skyscrapers. Less competition for car/house repairs.
- Men walking into women's restrooms and locker rooms
- Woke whites self-identifying as black
- Critical race theory and AI claiming blacks invented democracy and capitalism
- Ovens, dishwashers, cars, and refrigerators all banned
- Inner city crime remains high
- Continued open border
Venezuela. Corrupt, totalitarian with mostly poor and 10% elite and wealthy. Guns will be banned for private citizens and travel will be controlled and limited as most will be forced on public transit if available.
It all depends. If the Democrats remain in power, and keep moving left, I think the country will look much different.
The middle class will be virtually gone. The social economic gap will be a chasm by then. The lower end people will be working dead end service type jobs, or gig type jobs, or sitting at home living off of a basic universal income. The only ones to escape this will be those in the trades, or those that have inherited generational wealth, and people that own properties. Even they will not be a true middle class, but more of a higher low/working class.
Cities will be where most of these individuals will live. And the cities will have to change, millions of low cost rentals will have to be created for the low paid none skilled workers to live in. These area will be dangerous, filled with drug activity and other sketchy ways to make money.
Firearms ownership will be banned, or extremely restricted, so only the elite can protect themselves.
There will be some form of universal healthcare, which is why a middle class will be virtually impossible to rise up, they will be the ones paying for the universal healthcare, the basic universal income, and the millions of non skilled , uneducated offspring from the millions of illegals/asylum seekers that invaded our country.
Colleges will be for the elite, they are the only ones that can afford it.
We will be a nation of renters.
Those that chose to live rural will have their struggles. While they might be able to live their own lives, it will be about as bleak as the city dwellers. Some of the touristy places might not be as bad, as there will be places of income to work at.
Vehicle ownership will be for the elite.
While this may not all happen in 15 years, we definitely will be on the path towards it. And while we might not end up as bad as Venezuela did, we will be headed that way.
Keep in mind, Venezuela went from the richest country in South America, to people eating zoo animals in roughly a decade. So don't think poor decisions made here can't lead us to this.
If we continue the political ping pong game of Democrats vs Republicans, I don't see much difference than today. More debt, a smaller middle class, a wider gap between the upper middle class and the wealthy. We probably will see some sort of ban or restriction on firearms ownership. Possibly some sort of change in our healthcare, since it can't be sustainable as is , and possible a basic universal income to support the non skilled / uneducated families that invaded our country 15 years prior.
I actually wanted to write a book about America in the 2040's so here are some ideas:
- There will be no more states as a result of reconsolidating after Civil War II during the 2030's. It is believed states cause division. So there are no more governors, senators, representatives, etc. Just one president with all the power
- Anyone who is suspected of disagreeing with said president and his party with the zeitgeist of patriotism and conservatism is arrested and put in prison to be beaten and tortured, and likely executed
- Everyone will have surveillance cameras installed in their homes so the government can monitor their every move and even their facial expressions. The screens will broadcast whatever the government wants
- That said the media is controlled by the government, and only approved "truth" will be on the news
- In addition to no states, all the cities will be renamed by an alpha-numeric character based on size. For example New York will be renamed Alpha One.
- Even what time people go to bed and wake up are mandated by the government. Every morning the screens will start with a program where a voice says "Smile, you woke up in the greatest country in the world" followed by the daily exercise routine. People also have to walk like they are marching, in step with each other and pivot the turns.
- Anyone protesting the new anthem (same melody, different lyrics) during sporting events will be executed on the field before a cheering audience.
- America will be in a long war with China. The president will nuke Tokyo thinking it's the capital of China. However all the text books, websites, or any data will be changed to indicate that Tokyo is in fact the capital of China.

I think there's a movie similar to that, called Equilibrium.
Just from a surface level, infrastructure will be failing and crumbling.
Kids will have become more zombified.
Homeless encampments will take over cities.
It's not going to be pretty.
Too bad all of the BILLIONS going to foreign wars couldn't be better put to use at home. I always thought congress had to declare war, but I guess that's a sentimental throwback to a different time.
